We may be located in the heart of cattle country, but our refined menu is hardly limited to beef (we highly recommend the Hooker County steak though--it’s the best around.) Chef Eric Thompson, our executive chef, varies his menu to include seasonal dishes as well as fresh fish flown in daily, wood-fired pizzas and delicious, stick-to-your-ribs BBQ. Be sure to complement your meal with an imported ale, award-winning Dismal River wine or a simple scotch. Our fully stocked bar caters to all.
